Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Monitoring proper implementation of Showroom policies and procedures through constant visits to the Showrooms in the assigned area.<\/li>\n
• Managing periodic meetings with Showroom managers in assigned area to review performance, compliance with standards, share best practices and verify need for resources and staff .<\/li>\n
• Monitoring and managing Showroom performance – sales, costs, labor productivity, stock mix and range, clients\u2019 complaints, etc. for all Showrooms in the assigned area; providing the Showroom manager with clear recommendations on improvements, actions\/priorities required<\/li>\n
• Reviewing and agreeing annual budgets for all existing and new Showrooms in the country with General Manager <\/li>\n
• Managing area related shrink and providing directions\/recommendations as necessary<\/li>\n
• Identifying improvement actions and following up to ensure effective implementation<\/li>\n
• Approving staffing requests for Showroom personnel,<\/li>\n
• Managing and facilitating exchanges of resources in coordination between Showrooms<\/li>\n
• Coordinating Showroom needs & requests with other functions<\/li>\n
• Coaching Showroom Managers and ensuring they are provided with proper needed training and development <\/li>\n
• Managing new Showroom openings according to established timelines and ensuring that all Showroom personnel are fully trained.<\/li>\n
• Monitoring the local competition and recommending action plans linked to the area assigned.<\/li>\n
• Reviewing P&L monthly and building action plan for improving profitability and performance<\/li>\n
• Training, developing, and motivating Showroom teams and ensuring supporting and adherence to the core values of the Company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
