Overview of the role<\/p>\n
Provide technical support to the Scaffolding and Cradles Operations Departments, working closely with various clients in order to produce full design packages for Sales, Contracts and Hire.<\/p>\n
What you will do<\/p>\n
Description of the Accountability"<\/p>\n

Liaise with Sales team for optimum design\/layout at Proposal stage, to ensure Tender \/ Quote for the project is within standard requirements<\/li>\n
Prepare detailed scaffolding layouts and accurate design calculations based on Client \/ Site requirement, conforming to the industry standards. <\/li>\n
Prepare fabrication drawing for special cases, check the accuracy of actual fabricated scaffold component<\/li>\n
Coordinate with the Logistics department to ensure maximum utilization of available stock<\/li>\n
Ensure design calculations and drawings are approved by the Client in line with proposals submitted. Communicate variations to the Estimation\/Sales team for revaluation.<\/li>\n
Quality control: Ensure the Industry Standards are regularly updated in line with the revisions \/ upgrades occurring at International level.<\/li>\n
Validate the test certificates of different Scaffolding components as per industry requirements.<\/li>\n
ISO Audit \u2013 take ownership of the Scaffolding Operating Procedures and ensure records\/procedures are updated as per Audit requirements. Coordinate both Internal and External Audits in collaboration with the Scaffolding team<\/li>\n
Coordinate with the Procurement department in finalising the technical aspects of different scaffolding components to ensure quality control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
