Responsibilities:
\u2022 Responding to Customer Inquiries, Phone Call & Emails in a very timely manner.
\u2022 Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
\u2022 Process Customer Orders.
\u2022 Work with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet customer's needs.
\u2022 Work with customers on order forecasting and future order demands.
\u2022 Follow up on customer's orders via emails and calls.
\u2022 Sales support.
\u2022 Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:
\u2022 Must be fluent in English (both writing and speaking).
\u2022 0-2 years of working experience (Entry Level).
\u2022 Must have a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
\u2022 The ability to work late shifts from the office (Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 2 AM Jordan time).
\u2022 Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
\u2022 Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.<\/p>\n
