Prepare and submit Monthly Interim Valuations and ensure payments are paid at predefined stages during the construction processes as detailed in the contract.<\/li>\n
Periodically report to senior management on financial & contractual issues and attend meetings on financial status in the form of contract reviews assessed through project progress, labor analysis, material procurement and subcontractor account review.<\/li>\n
Identify the changes in the scope of works, notify the concerned parties, manage & value the claims for submission and agreement of variation claims<\/li>\n
Provide commercial support to Project Manager by assisting in determining the most efficient and economical suppliers in the market<\/li>\n
