Purpose of the Job<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The purpose of this position is to assess the organization\u2019s staffing needs, manage an end-to-end recruitment process and drive our employee value proposition initiatives.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n

- Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure we bring in the best talent matching the job requirements.<\/li>\n
- Partner with the hiring managers to identify their staffing needs and plan accordingly<\/li>\n
- Plan, design, and manage the talent acquisition processes across, in line with our global strategies, enabling operational efficiencies in recruitment delivery<\/li>\n
- Work closely with the HRBP and hiring managers to address key recruitment challenges and work towards new solutions and recruitment initiatives such as open-days and in-house job fairs.<\/li>\n
- Ensure our brand presence across multiple professional networking websites to attract the best talent.<\/li>\n
- Create new talent acquisition tools to ensure the candidate is assessed efficiently in line with the position\u2019s specific requirements.<\/li>\n
- Participate in multiple job fairs to develop our brand presence and employee value proposition in the market.<\/li>\n
- Pay close attention to trends to be able to help forecast both the quarterly and annual hiring needs.<\/li>\n
- Create long lasting relationships and maintain a high level of candidate experience with both potential candidates and previous applicants to keep them warm for any vacancies that might come up in the future.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
- \n
- Minimum 2-5 years of recruiting experience working in an in-house, RPO or agency.<\/li>\n
- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.<\/li>\n
- Excellent English skills both written and oral skills.<\/li>\n
- Excellent Communication Skills<\/li>\n
- Ambitious and self-motivated<\/li>\n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
