We are looking for an experienced Shipping Manager to manage daily shipping operations to ensure that the shipping processes are running smoothly and effectively.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Manage all Internal, Import & Export shipments<\/li>\n
2. Track, check, prioritize and route orders<\/li>\n
3. Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick list, bills of lading etc.<\/li>\n
4. Contact and negotiate with suppliers, customers, shipping & clearance companies.<\/li>\n
5. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets<\/li>\n
6. Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, sales and other managers to optimize processes<\/li>\n
7. Resolve any arising problems or complaints<\/li>\n
8. Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements<\/li>\n
9. Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies<\/li>\n
10. Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements<\/li>\n
11. Report to management on activities and issues<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    1. Proven experience as Shipping Manager<\/li>\n
    2. Solid knowledge of logistics procedures<\/li>\n
    3. Experience in managing Internal, Import & Export shipments<\/li>\n
    4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects<\/li>\n
    5. Experience in preparing shipping documents.<\/li>\n
    6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)<\/li>\n
    7. Good understanding of budgeting and reporting<\/li>\n
    8. Experience in directing and evaluating subordinates<\/li>\n
    9. Excellent organizational and communication skills<\/li>\n
    10. Attention to detail<\/li>\n
    11. Problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n
    12. BS in business administration, logistics or supply chain or relative field<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
