• Review and study tenders, RFP Technical documents to ensure that all data required for pricing are available.<\/li>\n
• Receive inquiries from MEP Contractors, consultants, and Clients.<\/li>\n
• Prepare technical proposals for tenders and RFPs.<\/li>\n
• Attend pre-tender meetings.<\/li>\n
• Prepare technical reports for tenders.<\/li>\n
• Contact Vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for solutions & offers. <\/li>\n
• Evaluate the supplier quotations against the RFP and make comparative analysis.<\/li>\n
• Quantity take\u2010off from the drawings compared to the project BOQ.<\/li>\n
• Preparation of material and data sheet takeoff.<\/li>\n
• Prepare design or design enhancement in preparation to budget.<\/li>\n
• Prepare value engineering proposals.<\/li>\n
• Preparation of the bid packages technical and commercial proposal.<\/li>\n
• Prepare final contract BOQ based on the agreed contract value and submit it to Bidding leader and meet the deadline.<\/li>\n
• Establish, maintain & revise filing and record keeping system of all documentation. Classify, sort & file correspondence and other documentation.<\/li>\n

  • BSc in computer, communication, Electrical Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.<\/li>\n

  • Having sales skills.<\/li>\n
  • Good command of both written and verbal English.<\/li>\n
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word etc. Proficiency in MS Office.<\/li>\n
  • Multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge on AutoCAD, Visio, E-draw.<\/li>\n
