  Within the finance team, this role takes part in reporting, analyzing, and leading to the improvement of internal cost controls and efficiency of the organization. Other main responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Develop and implement cost standards; <\/li>\n
  • Analyzing costs and recommending changes;<\/li>\n
  • Analyzing operations, equipment availability and utilization;\u00b7 Performing cost-benefit analysis;<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring and reporting cost variance;<\/li>\n
  • Collecting and analyzing data about company\u2019s operational costs;\u00b7 Carrying out cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis;<\/li>\n
  • Performing account reconciliations;<\/li>\n
  • Advising executives and upper management on appropriate costing based on financial data;<\/li>\n
  • Any other work assigned by H.O.D.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Strong accounting knowledge;<\/li>\n
      • Excellent analytical skills;<\/li>\n
      • Technical proficiency, experience with ERP systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Education & Qualifications:<\/p>\n

        • Certified Cost Accountant (CCA) degree;<\/li>\n
        • Minimum of 4-5 years\u2019 relevant experience;<\/li>\n
        • Preferable experience within healthcare industry (hospital setting);<\/li>\n
