Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The operations Coordinator <\/strong>in the outreach department is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with NGOs and corporate partners, and ensuring they are fully engaged through the Program, as well as ensuring they are continuously involved in the development process of the Program. The operations Coordinator<\/strong> will gain valuable experience and insight into the working of NGOs, serving civil society, capacity building, fundraising process, CSR management and client\/account management.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities and Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Build and maintain good relationships with NGOs, companies, and high-net-worth individuals.<\/li>\n
• Implement Program\u2019s standards and guidelines to ensure highest level of trust and transparency.<\/li>\n
• Coach NGOs on the creation and fundraising of the Program.<\/li>\n
• Review and edit NGOs\u2019 proposals.<\/li>\n
• Monitor the Program\u2019s execution post and perform follow up site visits.<\/li>\n
• Participate in focus groups and continuously gather feedback on platform usage by different donors.<\/li>\n
• Update management through regular reporting on progress and status of all activities.<\/li>\n
• Liaise with the development team, graphic designers, and other service-providers to ensure that the platform aligns with the Program's business requirements and stakeholders\u2019 expectations.<\/li>\n
• Ensure that departmental reports are prepared timely and accurately.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with other departments in activities to ensure capturing accurate information and ensure overall alignment.<\/li>\n
• Any other duties related to the job summery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in any related discipline. <\/li>\n
  • 0 – 2 years of experience, in a similar role.<\/li>\n
  • English language proficiency.<\/li>\n
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.<\/li>\n
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about creating a social impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    • Experience in working with community-based organizations, non-profits, and\/or international NGOs.<\/li>\n
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
