-Solid understanding of the PCB fabrication process.
-Proficient in using schematic diagram development tools (e.g., ORCAD\/PADS), PC board layout tools (e.g., ORCAD\/PADS), and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE).
-Working knowledge of fundamental PCB layout concepts especially regarding EMC and ESD.
