This position requires hands-on leadership with strong people management, capable of teaching, mentoring, and inspiring a team in a high volume, upscale restaurant. Ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation, while guaranteeing the delivery of the restaurants operational strategies and standards.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role in a 5. luxury hotel or standalone restaurant experience in the following areas: <\/p>\n

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record inhigh-end dining operations.<\/li>\n
• Creativity and out of the box thinking is a must<\/li>\n
• A relentless and infectious passion for Chinese food trends and restaurants concept<\/li>\n

• An inspirational, caring and engaging leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skill<\/li>\n
• A sound pre-opening experience in standalone restaurants or large hotel operations would be advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
