Aumet, MENA's largest Healthcare Tech Company, are on the look for an ambitious operations specialist to join their team in Amman. The role will have you work directly with the company's CEO; setting company strategies, managing business and internal operations and work and on matters that set the pace of the region's healthcare market. You will be assisting the CEO with all company's matters including:<\/p>\n

• Supporting the CEO in scaling the B2B Pharmaceutical Marketplace in the different countries of operation;<\/li>\n
• Setting, tracking and monitoring the company's and individuals' Objects Key Results (OKRs).<\/li>\n
• Digitalizing processes in the company with creative, cost efficient and easy-to-use tools;<\/li>\n
• Leading company's procurement in all operating countries;<\/li>\n
• Drafting documents on various legal matters on behalf of the company and the CEO;<\/li>\n
• Managing and monitoring employee's legal status in all operating countries as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
