• Participate in stock management and control<\/li>\n
• Assist shoppers to locate the products they desire<\/li>\n
• Perform cash processing and card payments<\/li>\n
• Stock shelves with goods<\/li>\n
• Answer queries from shoppers<\/li>\n
• Guide and give advice to customers on product selection<\/li>\n
• Deal with customer refunds<\/li>\n
• Keep the store clean and tidy; this includes mopping and hovering<\/li>\n
• Work within established guidelines with brands<\/li>\n
• Attach price tags to merchandise<\/li>\n
• Look out for shoplifters; responsible for security within the store as well as watching out for fraudulent credit cards, etc.<\/li>\n
• Receive and store stock.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Having an engaging and friendly personality<\/li>\n
  • Confident manner<\/li>\n
  • Must be polite and helpful<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of inventory techniques<\/li>\n
  • Smart in appearance and articulate.<\/li>\n
  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of the retail sales process<\/li>\n
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures<\/li>\n
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships<\/li>\n
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced environments<\/li>\n
  • Flexibility to work various shifts<\/li>\n
  • BSc in Marketing or a related field is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
