The incumbent of this position is responsible to materialize the maximum number of requests and reservations. <\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
OVERALL OBJECTIVES<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The job of Reservations Agent is executed satisfactorily when:<\/p>\n
Kempinski Reservation standards are implemented and complied to:<\/p>\n
- \n
- All relevant data is entered and maintained in the systems in a timely and accurate manner.<\/li>\n
- Data is reviewed on an ongoing basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
- \n
- Review daily reservation accuracy, rate compliance from segment and source, system close-out when necessary and rate availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
- \n
- Ensure clients\u2019 satisfaction and adherence to Kempinski service standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
- \n
- Follow internal credit policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
- \n
- Follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of the department superiors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
- \n
- Spot-check reservations made the previous day and check all VIP arrivals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
- \n
- Test calls LQA \/ IFH results > 85%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
- \n
- Follow the internal up-sell program for Reservations department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
- \n
- Perform any other duties as assigned to them by management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\n
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.<\/p>\n
Education Level: Bachelor Degree is a must.<\/p>\n
Job Details: Unlimited employment contract.<\/p>\n
Job Level: Level 6 – You will be directly reporting to the Reservations Supervisor.<\/p>\n
