A 5* Hotel is currently searching for an accomplished Digital Marketing Manager to be based in the Amman office.<\/p>\n

About the Role<\/p>\n

\n
• Marketing Strategy: Design and deliver the strategic marketing plans for the Hotel<\/li>\n
• Digital Marketing: designing and delivering digital marketing strategies across PPC, SEO, social media and email marketing campaigns to drive visibility and bookings<\/li>\n
• SEO: optimizing websites for organic visibility<\/li>\n
• Social Media Management: manage content planning and creation across multiple social channels and platforms and experience of using 3rd-party systems to schedule\/plan content<\/li>\n
• Reporting & Analysis: to report on web & digital activities alongside strategic recommendations<\/li>\n
• Website Management: management of website CMS platforms<\/li>\n
• Agencies: Ability to manage third-party agencies and suppliers to ensure optimal services<\/li>\n
• Collateral: Ability to create hotel & Cycas collateral using systems including Canva and\/or Adobe Creative Suite tools<\/li>\n
• Photography: Ability to run and oversee brand photo shoots, liaising with photographers, models and hotel teams to ensure highly productive photographic sessions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Be willing to be based in Amman<\/li>\n
  • Degree in a Marketing subject <\/li>\n
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry<\/li>\n
  • Demonstrated ability to balance the interests and demands of multiple stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • Independent thinker with team orientation<\/li>\n
  • Good organizational skills<\/li>\n
  • Solid understanding of Marketing principles and Marketing Planning processes<\/li>\n
  • Copywriting: You\u2019ll be able to write copy for websites, social ads and email marketing campaigns. Communication skills in European languages are always welcomed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
