Role Purpose & Context: <\/p>\n

To support the account manager and sales team by ensuring that all products are compliant and pass the necessary testing parameters set out by the client. Working with the client and all stakeholders to assist design and implement all required test schedules reporting all findings.<\/p>\n

Role Accountabilities:<\/p>\n

• Quality-oriented working style along with the ability to work both as part of a team and independently<\/li>\n
• Perform routers and LAN technologies testing (FTTH, VOIP, IPTV, WiFi, ADSL, VDSL etc.)<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with other technical resources to identify testing and test setup requirements and understand existing systems<\/li>\n
• Configure and maintains test environment for the integration of CPE's\/Modems\/Routers<\/li>\n
• Work with project stakeholders to monitor, troubleshooting, and get the issues resolved<\/li>\n
• Participate in technical and project meetings and provide formal reports\/plans to management<\/li>\n
• Develop test plans and align with project timelines<\/li>\n
• Engage with hardware and software vendors for issues resolution<\/li>\n
• Create and maintain test and configuration related documentation for new and existing setups<\/li>\n
• After-hours project support if needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  1. Knowledge of configuring network testbeds and setups to test routers and related LAN technologies<\/li>\n
  2. Experience with Cisco and other CPE vendors and device management with TR069<\/li>\n
  3. Familiarity with OSI model, TCP\/IP, IEEE 802.11xx, DNS, IPTV, IGMP, firewalls, Linux, TR-069, TR-104, VoIP, GPON desirable<\/li>\n
  4. Knowledge of routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP<\/li>\n
  5. Knowledge of IPv4 and familiarity with IPv6 protocols<\/li>\n
  6. Knowledge of VOIP technologies such as SIP\/PSTN<\/li>\n
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
  8. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     Minimum Experience & Skills<\/p>\n

     1. Prior Experience: 4-5 years of experience with broadband modem\/router\/CPE's configuration implementation, testing and troubleshooting<\/li>\n
     2. Complete Knowledge of network setups: Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, WiFi, Router Configuration, ISP Broadband, Troubleshoot Network, Home Group \/ Small Office etc<\/li>\n
     3. Protocols: xDSL, FTTH, VOIP, IPTV, BNG, network routing, WIFI 802.11 protocol, TR-069<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
