To carry out the production and filling of Carbon Dioxide gas as per the production planning to<\/p>\n

Duties<\/p>\n
\u25cf Operating the carbon dioxide plant as per the procedures and parameters laid out.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Ensure that the operation is carried out in the plant to HSE compliance.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Constantly monitors the performance of the plant so that the plant O-PRPs & various plant<\/p>\n
monitoring parameters are in control;<\/p>\n
\u25cf Carries out the shift purity and im-purity results analysis.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Filling of the log sheets and the daily report.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Carries out the filling of the bulk LCO2 tankers while carrying out the checks for the product<\/p>\n
quality parameters. Ensures that the tanker filling process is strictly controlled and the prefill &<\/p>\n
postfill test records are maintained.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Avoids wasting the raw materials and the product.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Performs first line checks in the plant and is engaged in the maintenance related issues as<\/p>\n
per the maintenance tools task under the guidance of the Plant Manager.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Participates in the maintenance of the plant and carries out the basic maintenance.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Other responsibilities assigned by the Production Manager from time to time.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Maintaining plant housekeeping, Hygiene cleaning (Food Safety).<\/p>\n
\u25cf Adding the water treatment chemicals and maintaining water quality by checking TDS & PH.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Monitoring the Carboscan parameters and performance.<\/p>\n
\u25cf Issuing the Delivery Note & Weighing slips & COA & COC and maintaining the dispatch<\/p>\n
documents.<\/p>\n
\u25cf To take care of overall electrical and Instrumentation trouble shootings of the plant.<\/p>\n
\u25cf To support new installations and modifications of the plant electrical and Instrumentations.<\/p>\n
\u25cf To organize and coordinate the periodical testing of electrical Installations ( 11KV & 440V) of<\/p>\n
the plant.<\/p>\n
\u25cf To coordinate with EWA for any power shutdowns and maintenances.<\/p>\n
\u25cf To Inspect the electrical panels such as LT panel, MCC panel and other local starter panels<\/p>\n
\u25cf To coordinate and organize lighting repairs.<\/p>\n
