Perform daily rounds, update progress notes, and ensure timely and complete documentation in Medical Records and dictates and writes discharge summaries.<\/p>\n
Assists and Conducts Out-patient Clinic(s) and admits patients under the consultant concerned and follows Departmental Policies.<\/p>\n
To assess the patients prior to Anaesthesia and Surgery either in patients (admitted) or patient coming to the Anaesthesia clinic, and report to the Consultants.<\/p>\n
Perform other functions and activities that are applicable to his\/her Department.<\/p>\n
