Job Purpose:<\/strong>
To assist with the management and growth of Investment Banking client relationships for an assigned portfolio improve service quality levels to ensure that the team's objectives are constantly met and its revenue targets achieved, while maintaining client satisfaction and portfolio credit quality.
Key Accountabilities:<\/strong>
Client and Market Analysis:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Participate in the financial analysis conducted on clients and their respective industries\/ markets to identify potential opportunities and risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Client Relationship Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Work with respective Managing Directors and Executive Directors to originate new business opportunities with target clients across banking products<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to the development of Term Sheets, Information Memorandums financial modelling etc<\/li>\n
  • Examine & resolve credit, market and operational risk aspects of the transactions in collaboration with products and enablement units<\/li>\n
  • Participate in pitching, negotiation and conclusion of deals<\/li>\n
  • Achieve team financial performance targets<\/li>\n
  • Identify & develop cross selling opportunities and increase the cross-sell ratio with key clients<\/li>\n
  • Ensure Account Plans are prepared and maintained for all key clients<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all clients files\/documents are maintained<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all credit reviews are submitted on time and agreed conditions are met<\/li>\n
  • Adhere to process KPI's and, ORM, BCP & Internal Audit requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Day-to-Day Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    • Assist the respective MDs and EDsin the day-to-day administrative and transactional activities of client management including client calls, documentation follow up, updating pipeline, and any other activities in the unit\/team to ensure continuity of work and the delivery of effective and high quality outputs<\/li>\n
    • Manage and follow up on KYC and compliance requirements in order to ensure consistency with the Bank's KYC and AML policies and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        MIS and Reports:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
        • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet the unit's requirements, policies, and standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Qualifications
          Minimum Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
          • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline<\/li>\n
          • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.<\/li>\n
          • Minimum Experience:<\/li>\n
          • 3 – 10 years of experience in investment banking experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes: <\/strong><\/p>\n

            • Knowledge of the banking sector, and FAB's products and business strategies<\/li>\n
            • Ability to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changing priorities<\/li>\n

            • Banking software systems proficiency<\/li>\n
            • Data analysis and financial modelling skills<\/li>\n
            • Credit analysis and FOREX skills<\/li>\n
