• Responsible for implementing applications in different HRMS Projects.<\/li>\n
• Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and designs, and specifies functional and technical solutions.<\/li>\n
• Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned business systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction.<\/li>\n
• Works with all company teams to implement and support production environments and participates in the ongoing analysis of new releases, including setting up testing, and implementation when appropriate.<\/li>\n
• Works with end-users to provide functional and technical expertise for system issues.<\/li>\n
• Deliver functional consulting and education services at customer sites.<\/li>\n
• Build know-how and develop expertise in domain field products.<\/li>\n
• Provide daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related IT discipline.<\/li>\n
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in working with HRMS\/HRIS\/Talent Management systems, preferably with the SAP application solution set for HRMS.<\/li>\n
  • Experience across one or multiple HRMS Modules.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in full life cycle implementation projects and end-to-end implementation projects.<\/li>\n
  • Document functional requirements, develop functional specs for program changes, make Configuration settings, perform testing, conduct system demos, and work with users providing training and testing support.<\/li>\n
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of business users.<\/li>\n
  • Team player.<\/li>\n
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to travel as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
