Key Responsibilities <\/p>\n
\u2022 Formulating the overall property management strategy, to ensure optimum utilization of organization\u2019s assets, and creation of a collaborative environment to get the best performance from external stakeholders.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Managing the overall operations of the facility by supervising the service provider\u2019s performance, and providing regular guidance and coaching to internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Reviewing and approving the service providers and supplier contracts. <\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitoring progress of all MEP works in terms of operations, breakdowns and rectifications, and inspecting the sites if required.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitoring the progress of all hard facilities related works and soft services delivery for special events and projects.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Managing the team to ensure execution of planned preventive maintenance activities.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Reviewing recommendations of team members on safety and security services, approving guidelines and ensuring effective implementation.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitoring project management of fit-out projects and enhancements, along with special focus on effective delivery of projects for Ministry related investors.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Guiding the project management team for research projects.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Developing and supervising the implementation of energy saving strategies.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitoring the team to ensure all documents (including contracts & service agreements) related to project work, investors and service providers are complete and updated.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensuring adherence of team members to departmental policies and procedures, including issuing certificates and checklists for vacating property.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Handling major escalations and managing the relevant stakeholders.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Developing and implementing operational strategies to ensure minimal downtime of facilities and services.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Reviewing and approving operating expenditure, budgets and resources.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintaining positive relations with investors.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Collaborating with Business Development and Client Relations team in generating revenue from existing and potential investors.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Dealing with government representatives and entities on need basis.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Consolidating reports from technical facilities, services and project management teams to give an overview of facilities downtime, project progress, utilization and revenue generation to the Senior management team.<\/p>\n
1. Requirement open for Arab nationals.<\/p>\n
2. Bachelors degree.<\/p>\n
3. Must have 10 years of experience in the similar role.<\/p>\n
4. Preferred 6+ years of experience in real estate or related industry.<\/p>\n
5. Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.<\/p>\n
