Role:<\/p>\n

• Expert in Cakes (red velvet, milk cake, brownies, cookies, san sebastian cheesecake, ..)<\/li>\n
• Ice Cream, Sauces, and many other recipe mixes will be given to the chef for production. The Founder will teach the production of these recipes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  General Important Requirments:<\/p>\n

  • Ensure HACCP and hygiene standars are implemented and followed.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare production for daily usage<\/li>\n
  • Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all dessert items<\/li>\n
  • Identify staffing needs, help to recruit new personnel and train them.<\/li>\n
  • Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled<\/li>\n
  • Communicate politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers<\/li>\n
  • Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.<\/li>\n
  • Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n
  • Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.<\/li>\n
  • Take part in the opening and closing duties of the bakery in compliance with the norms and internal procedures and contribute in stocking and receiving goods when needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
