Product Specialist – Medical Devices Business Unit<\/strong><\/p>\n

Promoting and selling company\u2019s products to new and existing customers by visiting them regularly and constantly. Product Specialist tasks also involve performing certain after sales support functions such as conducting In-Service Training, follow up on the collection and maintain a good relationship with customers<\/p>\n

Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

• Perform consultative method of sales with prospecting clients in either identifying or even creating the need for Imdad products and continuously updating all customers on company product modifications, changes, and enhancements<\/li>\n
• Schedule appointments, meeting existing and new customers in order to promote Imdad\u2019s product, and to determine other opportunities<\/li>\n
• Generating and developing new client\u2019s businesses accounts<\/li>\n
• Perform professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services while on customer\u2019s site. Applies successful negotiation and sales closure techniques<\/li>\n
• Provide adequate information about a new prospect and client, in terms of Ownership, working physicians, relevant client\u2019s equipment, and status, and update customer\u2019s database with proper contact details, email, and contact numbers<\/li>\n
• Submit reports for sales and marketing on a weekly basis and timely manner<\/li>\n
• Assist in following up the accounts receivables for sales accounts responsible for<\/li>\n
• Maintain excellent customer relationship with key decision makers, doctors, key customer\u2019s personnel and always work toward enhancing such relations<\/li>\n
• Effective use of company\u2019s sales aids and marketing data to secure deals<\/li>\n
• Effectively attending conferences and workshops<\/li>\n
• Perform professional in-service training for customer\u2019s end users on systems application<\/li>\n
• Possess market awareness, competitor\u2019s activities\/events and competitor\u2019s pricing changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  <\/p>\n

  Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  <\/p>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Pharmaceutical science or any science-related degree<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the aesthetic medicine field<\/li>\n
  • Driving License + Car<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
