Technical Support Executive plays a critical role in client satisfaction and thus bringing repeat business. They are the primary point of contact for the company's clients and need to have good communications, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. We are looking for a smart-working dedicated individual to join our team.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\uf0b7 Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company\u2019s product, replying to inbound queries.
\uf0b7 Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
\uf0b7 Ensure all customers are successfully using the product or service they\u2019ve purchased from the company and catering to their technical queries by providing preliminary diagnosis of the issue before forwarding it to the development team
\uf0b7 Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
\uf0b7 Identify customer needs and ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
\uf0b7 Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users) \uf0b7 Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\uf0b7 B.Tech\/BCA\/MCA\/M.Sc-IT or equivalent degree
\uf0b7 Transferrable Iqama
\uf0b7 Active problem solving and analytical skills
\uf0b7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills \uf0b7 Customer focus and ability to perform under pressure<\/p>\n
