Airswift is currently looking for an expat Senior Project Engineer <\/strong>for one of our largest projects in Qatar<\/strong>. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client's requirement.
Job Specification and requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• To prepare Project Execution strategy and Project Execution Plan<\/li>\n
• To review and track Engineering and procurement deliveries. Incl. contribute to contract strategies<\/li>\n
• To do Management of change in scope and assessment of resulting cost and schedule impact.<\/li>\n
• To plan the works in accordance to prioritization agreed with the Construction Lead, based on emergency, safety, production and future development critical needs.<\/li>\n
• To prepare, obtain approval and manage project budgets.<\/li>\n
• To review and finalize Contractors Cost, Time, and Resource estimates.<\/li>\n
• To perform risk analysis as required for the good performance of the works.<\/li>\n
• To co-ordinate with QA leader for all quality matters, including the management of quality audits as well as needed for a continuous control of Contractors\/Subcontractors.<\/li>\n
• To prepare as-built dossiers with Contractors\/Subcontractors inputs from Offshore Construction Team.<\/li>\n
• To organize the Technical Meetings (weekly and monthly) with Contractors\/Subcontractors.<\/li>\n
• To prepare and facilitate relevant progress and cost reports are maintained and distributed to key stakeholders<\/li>\n
• To assist the offshore construction team as needed.<\/li>\n
• To contribute to Contractor strategy and management.<\/li>\n
• To ensure that the resources and organization from Contractor are adequate with regards to the workload.<\/li>\n
• To review Contractor's progress reports and reports for all the activities related to the fabrications, highlighting critical problems, drifts, and dysfunctions if any.<\/li>\n
• Mentor, guide, and act as role model for Construction Engineers.<\/li>\n
• Experience in offshore construction activities<\/li>\n
• Engineering Degree<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
