• Demonstrated success in mentoring junior team members, project design, development, and construction.<\/li>\n
• Preparation, coordination and completion of design and construction documents<\/li>\n
• Coordination of design and engineering sub-consultants<\/li>\n
• Development of project specifications<\/li>\n
• Participating in project meetings<\/li>\n
• Relate an understanding of assigned project instructions to other team members<\/li>\n
• Preparation of client presentations<\/li>\n
• Identifying and escalating project and client issues in a timely manner<\/li>\n

    • Ability to meet fast-paced project timelines and take on diverse projects.<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with project teams to produce documents for complex projects.<\/li>\n
    • An attention to detail and problem-solving ability<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and MS Office<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in hand drawing conventions, file management and time reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
