Job Description
At LEADERS Center, we are seeking for an experienced procurement supervisor to provide production support for SAP procurement and accounts payable modules including testing support and enhancement packs, designing minor enhancements to SAP procurement modules, supporting key constituencies, and resolving system problems.
Key Accountabilities
\u00b7 Support the implementation of appropriate SAP processes, the related procurement and materials management policies.
\u00b7 Assist with analysis and documentation of business processes as they pertain to the effect of services being procured.
\u00b7 Oversee activities that implement inventory and investment recovery practices.
\u00b7 Monitor the implementation of sourcing strategies and processes.
\u00b7 Conduct buying and post-order management activities ensure proper handling and resolution of procure-to-pay exceptions.
Skills and Qualifications
\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing or business administration or related fields.
\u00b7 Minimum 4-6 years of experience in procurement department within retail or FMCG.
\u00b7 Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities.
\u00b7 Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
\u00b7 Category management experience (Ingredients, Packaging).
\u00b7 You must possess strong organizational skills and have a good understanding of customer \/ supplier relations.
\u00b7 Requisition equipment, materials and\/or supplies according to established policies and procedures.
\u00b7 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
\u00b7 Superb leadership ability.
