The Project Officer will support PM\/Project team to ensure the effective and timely completion of project activities in accordance with ACTED and GIZ standard operating procedures (SOPs) focusing on social cohesion, community mobilization, and environmental awareness of the targeted area (Jothur reserve, \u0627\u0644\u0633\u0645\u0627\u0643\u064a\u0629, \u0627\u0644\u0642\u0635\u0631, \u0627\u0644\u0631\u0628\u0629\u200e, \u0627\u062f\u0631, \u0627\u0644\u062c\u062f\u064a\u062f\u0629 villages) taking into consideration socio-economical findings from stakeholder mapping, and social cohesion assessment. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Adherence with acted greening policy:<\/p>\n<p>ACTED\u2019s greening strategy aims to tackle environmental degradation and climate change while meeting the needs of the most vulnerable who are often those most affected by the deepening environmental crisis. CFW project manager has the responsibility to adhere to the PSEAH Policy (Protection against Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment). <\/li>\n<li>The CFW project manager has the obligation to complete all mandatory trainings related to the Code of Conduct and the PSEA policy and report any safeguarding concern such as breaches of organizational policies or codes of conduct according to ACTED\u2019s procedures. <\/li>\n<li>The CFW project manager carries out work duties in a way that does not harm children, vulnerable adults or other staff or volunteers.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Objectives<\/p>\n<p>Support the Project Manager to ensure smooth project implementation and guarantee social cohesion outputs of the project, within the target area and ensure that deliverables are completed on time, withing budget constraints, within acceptable quality levels, in line with donor requirements and based on beneficiary needs.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Support the PM in external engagement with government authorities, MoL, MoEnv, municipalities and CBOs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Support the PM to implement and oversee the ACTED Green Infrastructure project programming in Karak, Jothur Reserve.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       In charge of the social cohesion outputs of the project (% of beneficiaries reporting social cohesion improvements within the project), <\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Review integrated social mobilization plan, provide inputs for finalization, <\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Lead community outreach activities to vulnerable Syrians in relevant areas of intervention, <\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Assist the implementation of intervention activities and make specific recommendations on vulnerabilities and internal referrals where appropriate.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Leading Social Cohesion activities, FGDs, meetings and programs as per required by the project activities in the stipulated time,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Propose solutions to the specified social issues related to the project.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Prepare weekly\/monthly reports outlining project activities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Conduct trainings for CFW workers (Social Mobilizers), identify the gaps and address the need of SM, guide and coach them in day to day works.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Cash For Work Implementation:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Assist project team in developing project intervention layout plans,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Support and carryout stakeholder mapping,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Lead the social cohesion assessment hand in hand with AME unit, <\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Lead community consultation and mobilization activities to foster sustainability of the intervention. <\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Support the development of baseline\/endline assessment with AME unit,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Support the IBV recruitment process in communities\/villages with the Cash for Work project officer and Project Manager.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Lead awareness raising and team building exercises as per laid out in the project intervention plan and workplan,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       In close collaboration with the Security Officer, the social mobilizer will act as co-lead for security and support Project Manager with governmental, municipal, or local meetings, <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Project planning \/ reporting <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Support the PM to prepare the work plans\/ schedules for the field teams,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Support the PM to prepare the Project Management Framework (PMF) on a monthly basis and to review the Budget Follow-Up (BFU) as requested,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Contribute to the drafting of monthly project reports in coordination with the Project Development (PD) department as directed by the PM,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Provide regular and timely updates on progress and challenges to the PM,<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Support the PM to ensure that project records and documents, in particular documents that prove completion of CfW activities (e.g., CfW contracts, attendance sheets, etc.) and apply appropriate lessons learned and best practices to current projects, and ensure these lessons learnt are pro-actively shared with supervisor, the AMEU and other team members to apply them in communication strategy with communities so that factual, objective and actionable information is provided to project stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Ensure project stakeholders are empowered to participate throughout the project cycle.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Ensure that ACTED\u2019s Complaints and Response Mechanism is communicated to target communities and solve complaints related to the project in coordination with the AMEU.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Support the inclusion of the people with specific needs (PwSN) in the project wherever possible, in coordination with the PM and ACTED inclusion focal point,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure project records and documents, in particular documents that proof completion of activities (beneficiary list, donation certificates, attendance sheets, etc.) are adequately prepared, compiled and filed according to ACTED procedures and donor specific procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a beneficiary master database containing all beneficiary registration and baseline information as well as the activities from which the beneficiaries benefitted ensure the data is protected from misuse in line with ACTED\u2019s data protection policy.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure respect of, ACTED\u2019s code of conduct, FLATS procedures and donor requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Coordination (internal\/external)<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7       Participate in regular
