Description
Establish and operate the Project Management Office to ensure all projects are delivered within agreed scope, cost, time and quality.Evaluate project plans across multiple business functions in line with executive leaders and relevant stakeholders.Track and report project performance results and recommend solutions to fill gaps in the process and mitigate risk.Provide oversight and leadership of multiple projects across a large, complex environment.Lead the ROI review and prioritisation of large volumes of project plans to ensure they're aligned with the business strategy and roadmap.Manage senior stakeholders and provide strategic advice to the Board and Senior Leadership.Develop and mentor the PMO to enhance the team's knowledge, skills and performance.
Profile
At least 8 years of experience working in a project management role in a large, complex environment.Experience in planning and delivering strategic organisation-wide business transformation projects.Six Sigma Black Belt or Prince 2 certification preferredStrong stakeholder management experience and ability to manage multiple workstreamsAnalytical with strong critical thinking ability
