Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n Capital Budgeting\/ Cash Forecast <\/strong>to monitor cash inflow and outflow of both RJ cash activity at local & foreign bank accounts on daily basis and cash reserves to best utilize the available cash along with doing Fx\u2019s <\/strong>on weekly basis to cover the shortage of any currency.<\/strong><\/p>\n – FX<\/strong> and MT4<\/strong> platform knowledge Work on fuel hedging (Pricing, Negotiating the Prices over the phone when taking deals on weekly basis upon RJ Consultant Feedback, Analyzing & Evaluating Proposals & Structures).<\/p>\n – Calculate the NPV <\/strong>to evaluate whether it is more cost effective to modify a loan or foreclose, loans Amortization Schedule.<\/p>\n – Ensure compliance with credit agreement, second lien and covenant reporting.<\/p>\n – Relation representative<\/strong>, dealing with banks RM\u2019s <\/strong>to manage RJ accounts such as lock deposits, credit facilities, assist with taking loans & overdraft along with reviewing the related agreements, debt service payments, (AML, OFAC Compliance for Financial Institutions, CRS, and KYC\u2019s), <\/strong>online service facilities, etc.<\/p>\n – Involvement in intercompany funding strategy, analysis, and reporting.<\/p>\n – Strong financial and credit skills; demonstrated ability to structure a variety of financial instruments (debt and equity).<\/p>\n – Communicate with Amman Stock Exchange <\/strong>and Securities Depository Center <\/strong>of Jordan and other governmental institutes.<\/p>\n – Work with a risk management group to mitigate the overall risk (including credit risk<\/strong>, liquidity risk, currency risk and interest risk<\/strong>, etc<\/strong>.).<\/p>\n – Working on cash flow statement <\/strong>with the auditors.<\/p>\n – Open a new letter of Credit <\/strong>and SBLC \u201cBank Guarantee \u201c<\/strong>related to RJ and renew the needed ones.<\/p>\n Assist in enhancing and developing treasury reporting<\/strong>, especially as it relates to streamlining foreign cash flow<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
