• Order, receive and check the shipments of goods and materials from local suppliers and inspect goods\/materials received for defects or damages ensuring delivery of requested quantity, report any discrepancy\/damage or short receipt to the Warehouse Manager\/Supervisor<\/li>\n
• Specific for Multimedia: Inspect goods received looking for defects or damages ensuring delivery of requested quantity and reporting any discrepancy to the Warehouse Manager\/Supervisor<\/li>\n
• Ensure that goods\/materials are properly stored in the warehouse in compliance with stock management standards and\/or any updated rules set by the Warehouse Manager<\/li>\n
• Specific for Multimedia: Locate and issue stored items upon receipt of requisition to guarantee that the correct items are promptly supplied to meet operational needs<\/li>\n
• Perform regular stock check-up under the direction of the Warehouse Manager\/Supervisor in order to ensure that inventory records match physical items stored in the warehouse\/storage yards<\/li>\n
• Perform routine inspection, cleaning and minor maintenance of lifting and stacking equipment to minimize any unplanned operational interruptions and maintain a safe working environment at all times<\/li>\n
• Ensure all operating , safety , environment and quality procedures are followed in order to ensure the highest standards of warehousing operations are achieved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications<\/p>\n

  • High School graduate<\/li>\n
  • 1-2 years of related work experience<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in Ms Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
