• Design and develop custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, Visual Force, application integration and data migration<\/li>\n
• Design and implement business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com<\/li>\n
• Involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment<\/li>\n
• Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution<\/li>\n
• Contribute the growth of the practice through though-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets and participation and ownership of other operational areas (recruiting, onboarding, training, enablement, etc.)<\/li>\n
• Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members<\/li>\n
• Should be able to conduct requirement-gathering sessions, articulating Salesforce features to business users and drive\/participate in prototyping solutions.<\/li>\n
• Experience in performing the requirement fit gap analysis with product capabilities and defining configuration vs customization options<\/li>\n
• Should be able to create Business requirement documents, Functional requirement documents along with traceability matrix.<\/li>\n

  Minimum Education: Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related degree required.<\/p>\n

  • Multiple years Salesforce consulting experience, specifically designing, and implementing transformations on the platform.<\/li>\n
  • Experience using agile methodologies on multiple projects, demonstrating best practice methods and tooling. Agile Scrum certification a plus.<\/li>\n
  • Salesforce Certified, with Platform App Builder level highly preferred.<\/li>\n
  • Quality academic background.<\/li>\n
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.<\/li>\n
  • Strong experience planning and driving enterprise digital transformation in the enterprise, in the Consumer Goods industry a plus!.<\/li>\n
  • Superior presentation and demonstration skills.<\/li>\n
  • Having a strong work ethic, initiative, and drive, you will have a bias for action and a comfort with data and insight analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
