1- Quantity surveyor ( prefer male) :<\/h4>\n

Qualifications:<\/h4>\n

\u2013 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil or architectural engineering.<\/h4>\n

\u2013 Must have minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.<\/h4>\n

\u2013 Must be able to prepare BOQ, quantities takeoff, variation orders, claims, changing costs claims and payments.<\/h4>\n

-Must be able to read drawings and contract documents and understand FIDIC forms of contract.<\/h4>\n

\u2013 Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (excel, word and Microsoft project).<\/h4>\n

\u2013 Must have analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail and excellent math knowledge.<\/h4>\n

2- Civil Site engineer ( prefer male)<\/h4>\n

-Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering.<\/h4>\n

\u2013 Must have minimum 5 years of experience in contracting companies, structural projects and interiors projects<\/h4>\n

-Must be able to supervise and monitor daily site works and contractor\u2019s staff.<\/h4>\n

-Must be able to read structural, architectural and MEP drawings and coordinate with all disciplines and subcontractors.<\/h4>\n

-Preparing Shop drawings, as built drawings, materials submittals and RFI\u2019S.<\/h4>\n

-Must be able to understand BOQ, specifications and contract documents.<\/h4>\n

-Follow up the project progress with the team and prepare a time schedule and daily reports.<\/h4>\n

\u2013 Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (excel, word and Microsoft project).<\/h4>\n

\u2013 Must have analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail and planning skills.<\/h4>\n

-Must have excellent project management and quality control skills.<\/h4>\n
