Our Marketing department is looking for an enthusiastic and young individual to join our team as a Social Media Executive who can read, write & speak Arabic & English.
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's social media platforms. You will also be responsible for creating captivating content for all social media pages. Creating content, editing, posting & Monitoring user engagement and analyzing feedback on a daily basis is a mandatory task.
In addition to this, you should be able to meet deadlines and multi-tasks effectively. You should also be able to run social media campaigns. Furthermore, you should have a strategic mindset and always think out of the box.
You should possess extraordinary communication and presentation skills. Besides this, you should have the ability to pay close attention to details.

Responsibilities
1. Developing engaging social media contents.
2. Managing social media platforms of the organization.
3. Scheduling social media posts.
4. Engaging followers with current promotion & new arrival updates.
5. Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
6. Responding to the comments & messages on social media & WhatsApp on time.
7. Creating paid social media campaigns for advertising.
8. Monitoring social media metrics and ROI.
9. Analyzing social media trends.
10. Preparing social media engagement and activities reports.
11. Optimizing social media content effectively.
12. Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals.
Requirements
1. Ability to read, write & speak in Arabic & English.
2. Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Prover work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Strategist, Social Media Executive, or a similar position for more than 2 years.
4. Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPI's.
5. Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
6. Outstanding proofreading and editing skills.
7. Strong oral and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work for long periods of time as and when required.
9. Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising.
10. Ability to write catchy content.
11. Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them.
12. In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
13. Strong organizational and time management skills.
14. Outstanding brand awareness experience will be preferred. <\/p>\n
