\t\t\u0648\u0638\u0627\u0626\u0641 \u0634\u0627\u063a\u0631\u0629 \u0644\u062f\u0649 \u0628\u0646\u0643 \u0627\u0644\u0627\u062a\u062d\u0627\u062f<\/p>\n This role is responsible for welcoming customers, helping select the appropriate Qmatic tickets, and managing customers flow<\/p>\n in addition to Conducting all customers quick service requests and is considered as a focal point helping customers migration by explaining to customers how to use ATM machine and e-banking applications (Quick Cash).<\/p>\n Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n 1- Helps customer with taking the right Qmatic tickets and advices customer on counter to serve him<\/p>\n 2- Transfer customers received to different counter when relevant\/requested<\/p>\n 3- Receives cheque book requests, transfers to service team to process and delivers issued cheque books to customers<\/p>\n 4- Handles and issues bank statements for customers<\/p>\n 5- Receives credit card statement requests, internet and mail orders, credit card details update requests<\/p>\n 6- Receives and processes Visa electron card issuance for existing customers, reissuance, and replacement requests<\/p>\n 7- Receives view-only self-service (Corporate Etihad online) channel requests and send email to RM<\/p>\n 8- Receives full-access self-service (Corporate Etihad online) channel requests and send email to RM<\/p>\n 9- Directs customers with external transfers, account-to-account transfers, cash deposits, & cash withdrawals to optimal channels (online banking or ATM)<\/p>\n 10- Convinces customers to issue Visa Electron for existing customers<\/p>\n 11- Helps customer register for online services and ultimate rewards program<\/p>\n 12- Raising awareness on online banking and ATM for transfers below 2K<\/p>\n 13- Responsible for migration of all possible fax inquiries to e-channel<\/p>\n 14- Performs Service Advisor activities \u2013 Please review list of service responsibilities under dedicated service (BTA\/Service)<\/p>\n \u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014-<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n
