• Managing accounting and budgetary functions and ensuring the conformity with the reporting requirements and the compliance standards.<\/li>\n
• Processing project payments within the approved control system and budget.<\/li>\n
• Monitoring actual expenditures against approved donor line items and reporting on a monthly basis to the project manager.<\/li>\n
• In coordination with the Finance Director, alerting the management on any potential irregularities and making recommendations.<\/li>\n
• In coordination and support of the Finance Director; facilitating audit exercise, participating in preparation of management responses and ensuring timely submission, monitor implementation of audit recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
