Description:
. Prepare and develop project plans, baselines & schedules according to conditions of the contract, contract specifications, and acceptable standard practices considering the company resources and productivity rate.
. Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan for all the running projects.
. Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management for all projects.
. Prepares and submits updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identifies areas of weakness\/concern and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
. Monitor day-to-day work progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
. Monitor the workflow and notify the delayed events on a timely basis as per the contract.
. Preparation of contractual letters such as notification for cost\/time, reply to the consultant letter and to the sub-contractors.
. Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
. Prepare the master cashflow projection considering all running projects for the company's internal purposes.
. Prepares Impacted as planned, window analysis and Time Impact Analysis (TIA) for the delayed events as per the project requirements.
. Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make the comparison between the plan and actual progress and study the impact and advise alternative approaches to work.
. Assists in preparing work program, cash flow, and manpower histogram for tenders.
. Responsible for the preparation of extension of time (EOT) based on the project events.
. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time as per company requirement.<\/p>\n
