• In-charge of all legal-related correspondence pertaining to Petroserv<\/li>\n
• Draft, analyze, and negotiate commercial agreements such as procurement, constructions, lease, joint venture and non-disclosure<\/li>\n
• Assist with the development and implementation of legal procedures and precedents to build an internal autonomous legal service<\/li>\n
• Present group legal position\/ outcomes to EXCO\u2019s boards, and clients<\/li>\n
• Perform administrative duties involving filing papers, organizing files and legal documents.<\/li>\n
• Conducting research in legal matters<\/li>\n
• Keep cases organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions; inputting information into file database<\/li>\n
• Identify and research legal risks and provide counsel accordingly<\/li>\n
• Facilitate legal educational communications regarding the impacts of laws and regulations upon business operations with a solutions perspective<\/li>\n
• Act as interface with external legal firms on litigious matters placed within their areas of expertise<\/li>\n
• Updating and maintaining status of on-going cases to be reported to all concerned parties<\/li>\n
• Handle communication with legal firms and other stakeholders, etc.<\/li>\n
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications<\/li>\n
• Provide legal strategy and advice to group initiated legal activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
