The successful candidate will implement our People Strategy, the development of our team and ensure we are delivering a business culture that exceeds our clients\u2019 expectations.<\/p>\n
You will work closely with the Senior Management to deliver the company vision of being the number one chain of beauty clinics in Qatar and Middle East.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities will be:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Head-hunting and recruitment of the best candidates for our business (including doctors and administration staff)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Documentary work related to recruitment and HR<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Interviewing candidates, testing them during the probation period to select the best<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Induction of new joiners<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Delivering of company values and standards to entire team<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Together with Senior management development of company policies, its implementation and control<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Staff training on various areas<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure annual performance review processes are in place and implemented<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Work alongside our accounts team to ensure payroll is accurate<\/p>\n
