• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons according Our Standards<\/li>\n
• Interact with customers and regular guests, take orders and serve food and beverages<\/li>\n
• Assess customers\u2019 needs and preferences and make recommendations with upselling and cross selling<\/li>\n
• Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic ingredients to prepare cocktails<\/li>\n
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies<\/li>\n
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience<\/li>\n
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations as well as the company policies and SOP\u2019s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements and Skills<\/p>\n

  • Proven working experience as a Bartender in an alcoholic bar<\/li>\n
  • Strong knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages<\/li>\n
  • Basic POS knowledge<\/li>\n
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean at all time <\/li>\n
  • Relevant training certificates <\/li>\n
  • Preferably WSET level 1or 2(preferably in spirits)<\/li>\n
  • Charismatic and energetic personality <\/li>\n
  • Time management skills<\/li>\n
  • Must be able work in quickly, in fast-paced environments and methodically.<\/li>\n
  • Must be able to Lift heavy items (about 30-35kg), such as beer kegs and different items.<\/li>\n
  • Must have a good organization skills and must have a good memory to remember all recipes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
