Your Role:
The Quality Assurance Engineer provide quality assurance and testing services to SEDCO products & projects and guaranteeing a level of quality for the end client, and to help the software development team to identify problems early in the process, manually and using test automation tools, all while working within an agile environment to continuously test and deliver working software to customers.
You will:
\u2022\tConduct testing of targeted software\/hardware products.
\u2022\tApply and maintain quality standards for products and software development processes.
\u2022\tDevelop and execute test plans for small to medium features.
\u2022\tAnalyze and write test cases and procedures.
\u2022\tAnalyze test results and recommend corrective action as appropriate and maintain documentation of test results.
\u2022\tPrepare test environments.
\u2022\tBuild software from source code.
\u2022\tWrite descriptive defects to the developers in a timely and efficient manner.
\u2022\tHelp development team to resolve key issues when needed.
\u2022\tConduct technical research.
\u2022\tLearn new technologies\/tools when needed.
\u2022\tWriting SQL queries on MS SQL and Oracle databases.
\u2022\tBasic database management.
\u2022\tParticipate in setting own tasks plan.
\u2022\tReport work progress.
\u2022\tBasic Windows Administration.
\u2022\tTrain other team(s) members on new technology\/methodology.
Technologies:
\u2022\tMS DevOps, Git, Selenium, SOAP UI, JMeter, Puppeteer.
\u2022\tSQL Server and Oracle databases.
What You Bring:
\u2022\tBachelor's Degree in a computer related field.
\u2022\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\u2022\tAbility to work as part of a team.
\u2022\tTime management skills.
