The CFI Financial Group is looking for an accountant in its entity in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate should be well versed in all aspects of accounting, bookkeeping, Reconciliations, Online banking, payment operations. The position reports to Group CFO & the Senior Financer Manager.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Review the entries & Validate them into the accounting system for CFI Jordan and its sister entities.<\/li>\n
• Preparing and maintaining financial reports<\/li>\n
• Follow up all clients transactions & book them into the accounting system.<\/li>\n
• Follow up the company's purchase invoices and prepare expense analysis on monthly basis<\/li>\n
• Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant agreements<\/li>\n
• Accurately perform daily reconciliations for clients transactions & corporate transactions<\/li>\n
• Assist in end of week \/month close procedures<\/li>\n
• General Accounts and other duties requested by the Senior Financer Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related field.<\/li>\n
  • Fluency in Arabic & English<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work in different shifts (Sunday-Thursday) or (Monday-Friday)<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 2-4 years\u2019 experience in financial accounting,<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly demanding environment while meeting tight deadlines.<\/li>\n
  • Good Knowledge in the financial brokerage field<\/li>\n
  • Excellent Knowledge in online banking system and payment instructions, B2B and B2C.<\/li>\n
  • Good Knowledge in the International Markets (FX, Equities, Commodities, etc).<\/li>\n
  • Excellent planning and organizing workload skills.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent accounting software user;<\/li>\n
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.<\/li>\n
  • Team player with good communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)<\/li>\n
  • Ability to manage working under pressure.<\/li>\n
  • Fast learner, and able to take responsibility and take actions when and where needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
