Job requirements:<\/p>\n

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of Medical Promotion experience, and a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.<\/li>\n
• Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Pharmacists, Pharmacy Doctor, or relevant field.<\/li>\n
• Excellent computer skills in MS Excel and Word.<\/li>\n
• Good in English.<\/li>\n
• Good communications skills.<\/li>\n
• Excellent knowledge of cGMP and good documentation practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Managing the medical representatives in the area.<\/li>\n
  • Supporting and coaching the medical representatives.<\/li>\n
  • Preparing the program for the medical reps, including their visits, sample distribution program for the doctors' visits feedback.<\/li>\n
  • Managing marketing events in the area.<\/li>\n
  • Managing the samples to be given to the doctors.<\/li>\n
  • Giving products\u2019 sales and marketing skills training.<\/li>\n
  • Visiting Key Account Doctors and establishing relationships with them; also visit doctors.<\/li>\n
  • Working with the Pharmacies.<\/li>\n
  • Working to liquidate the products from the pharmacies through a doctor\u2019s prescription.<\/li>\n
  • Conducting market analysis and feedback.<\/li>\n
  • Estimating the ROI of any sponsorship or event..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Special Requirements & Skills:<\/p>\n

    • Proven experience in managing and directing a sales team.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of market research.<\/li>\n
    • Technical sales & marketing skills.<\/li>\n
