This is a supervisorial role and will lead a team of assigned sales contributors (sales executive\/ merchandisers) to achieve and exceed the set targets. This role will ensure that in-market execution is as per company guidelines, managing and reporting product and sales contributor related KPIs with management, route planning, ensuring the teams follow all steps of call and relationship management with customer (at store level and main office of the customer).<\/p>\n

\u2022 Must have a valid Qatar driving license – light vehicle category.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Must to be on transferable RP with NOC.<\/p>\n

\u2022 English communication skills; Bilingual is a preference (e.g. English and Hindi \/ Arabic)<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a very demanding environment.<\/p>\n
