Handle recruitment & selection operations by:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Obtaining recruitment requests.<\/li>\n
2. Use the best method\/s to find suitable candidates.<\/li>\n
3. Creating & Publishing vacancies announcements.<\/li>\n
4. Screening CVs and doing the necessary profiling tests.<\/li>\n
5. Providing recommendations for employment.<\/li>\n
6. keeping the ATS updated and all job applications in the required files.<\/li>\n
7. Coordinating recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, performing reference checks, and managing correspondence during the recruitment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   Manage new recruits\u2019 onboarding experience by:<\/strong><\/p>\n

   \n
   1. Preparing contracts.<\/li>\n
   2. Conduct inductions.<\/li>\n
   3. Opening new file, follow up on each element of the onboarding using the new employee checklist.<\/li>\n
   4. Following up on the probation and training plan and at the end of probation.<\/li>\n
   5. Subscribing the employee in health insurance, and life insurance policies.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Maintains human resources database and records by:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
      1. Updating and monitoring the personnel filing and HR system.<\/li>\n
      2. Providing an initial point of support to employees on HR systems by Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         Perform the daily administrative requests by:<\/strong><\/p>\n

         Preparing the salary certificates, letter of experience, bank commitments, affiliates certificates, visa requests, work certificates, warning letters\u2026..etc.<\/p>\n

         Maintains the employee\u2019s attendance records, leaves, and annual vacation balances of all types updated by:<\/strong><\/p>\n

         1. Keeps record of the employees\u2019 attendance.<\/li>\n
         2. Compiles performance assessment results, achievements, and objectives.<\/li>\n
         3. Administers and controls the Health, life, and Cancer Insurance Contract.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
            • BA\/ BSc degree: Business Administration.<\/li>\n
            • Experience of 2 years in the HR field especially in recruiting.<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Excellent command of English.<\/li>\n
            • Very good communication and teamwork skills.<\/li>\n
            • Very good PC skills; Microsoft Applications, MenaItech.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
