Zain Jordan is actively recruiting for a Contact Center Agent. You will serve as the first point of contact between Zain and our loyal customers, and you will be assisting them in a professional manner that will reflect our Zain values and mission.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your Daily Tasks Will Be<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Providing technical assistance to customers subscribed to Enterprise, Broadband , ETTH, FTTH and Hosting services<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Providing assistance concerning billing and service terms and procedures to customers<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Resolving the customers problems through guidance, recommending proper solution(s), and proposing adequate enlightenments in a timely and effective manner.<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Conducting campaigns with various purposes such as research, customer satisfaction and retention …etc, aiming at enhancing customer\u2019s experience and their loyalty to Zain.<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Extending job knowledge by constantly following up on the new offered services and products by Zain and other competitors through attending training sessions, applying self-learning techniques \u2026etc.<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Promoting Zain\u2019s current and new offers, products, and services by approaching customers in a professional manner, gaining their interest, and perceiving their preferences and necessities in order to provide them with the right offers that match their needs.<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.<\/strong><\/li>\n
• Working Hours will be 6 to 8 hours \/ per day as a max.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  What Do You Need to Qualify<\/strong><\/p>\n

  The suitable candidate should fit the below requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  – 0-3 years\u2019 experience in a related field<\/strong><\/p>\n
