Our client is founded by the Saudi government to bring all communities together and develop all sectors and fields with innovative solutions. The organization generates over $24 million in sales and has over 850 companies and 700 employees.
They are currently looking for a Programme Delivery Manager to be based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

\n
• Manage dependencies of varying complexity, potentially planning and feeding into larger programs and portfolios<\/li>\n
• Remove blockers and manage risks, commercials, budgets and people<\/li>\n
• Balance objectives and can redeploy people and resources as priorities change<\/li>\n
• Have an in-depth knowledge of agile and other methodologies<\/li>\n
• Are responsible for understanding, managing and communicating between complex stakeholder groups, balancing priorities<\/li>\n
• Are the initial escalation point for the programme and must have an awareness of the bigger picture<\/li>\n
• Support the Programme Director by overseeing the delivery of their vision for the programme. They support and coach project managers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualification & Requirements:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Degree Qualification<\/li>\n
  • Extensive full lifecycle programme delivery experience<\/li>\n
  • Prince2, PMI or MSP certification<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n
  • Fluency in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
