– Planning and executing preventive maintenance for all machines, equipment, buildings and facilities and performing corrective maintenance when needed to ensure the highest suitable process conditions and continuity.<\/p>\n

– Calibration of measuring and testing tools and equipment to ensure effective control of their suitability.<\/p>\n

– Maintain and apply health and safety policies, regulations, and requirements to provide safe and healthy workplaces, prevent work-related injuries and ill health, and continually improve its OH&S performance.<\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibility :<\/p>\n

1. Responsible for keeping the equipment of the unit on standby.<\/p>\n

2. Prepare an annual preventive plan and obtain the direct supervisor's approval.<\/p>\n

3. Responsible for the smooth and effective implementation of the preventive maintenance program in coordination with all other concerned authorities.<\/p>\n

4. Responsible for the immediate intervention and repair in case of failure of any equipment andor building and facilities to ensure process continuity under best production conditions<\/p>\n

5. Creating, executing, and documenting a daily maintenance and work schedule.<\/p>\n

6. Updating the Equipment maintenance log after each repair or preventive maintenance as per required procedures and work instructions.<\/p>\n

Educational Background:<\/p>\n

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.<\/p>\n

knowledge in Production lines and plant-related mechanical engineering.<\/p>\n

Excellent ability of using computers, MS Office, and the company's ERP system.<\/p>\n

Excellent knowledge of English (reading, writing, and speaking) and fluency in Arabic.<\/p>\n

Minimum of three years experience in a similar role in the field of industry, and preferably 2 years in a supervisory role.<\/p>\n
