This includes Splunk, APM (AppDynamics) and Nagios. The main goal is to reduce the incidents where application errors are the main root cause, hence developing Applications Monitoring tool will be the main activity. EM Engineer will operate on the team responsible for delivery and L2\/L3 Support of Application Performance Management and other different Enterprise Monitoring Tools (Nagios, Splunk \/ Splunk ITSI, Grafana, BMC Truesight, Humio or any other analytics-driven performance management solutions). To promote usage of monitoring tools during the development lifecycle phase by different IT teams, optimize use of APM across platforms and service delivery models.
