Our Client
We are currently hiring for an experienced BSS\/OSS Managed Service Director for a Leading Telco\/ Digital Solution Provider to be based in Kuwait.
Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\n
• Responsible for growing and managing the company's BSS\/OSS practice and leading the Management Services stream. Maintain effective relationships with the customer's executives and senior management, ensure contractual KPIs are fully met, manage expectations and ensure efficiency in the management of escalations, ensure the quality of managed services on a daily basis and drive continuous improvement.<\/li>\n
• To lead the implementation, development, and iteration of the transformation strategy.<\/li>\n
• Manage the program for BSS\/OSS transformation and service delivery and ensure projects are delivered within agreed objectives, scope, quality standards, risk parameters, timescales, and budgets<\/li>\n
• Working collaboratively with the client executives and stakeholders, as well as the Architects, Digital Transformation Manager, Business Transformation Manager, and Service Delivery Manager to design, execute, and lead multiple teams in implementing multiple phases for both Consumer telco business and Enterprise telco business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Your Qualifications<\/p>\n

  \n
  • A minimum of 10 years in BSS\/OSS systems<\/li>\n
  • Advanced knowledge of Application Management and Operations principles including ITIL, CMMi, etc.<\/li>\n
  • Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy<\/li>\n
  • Superior program\/project management experience.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of the sales process<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of MS processes<\/li>\n
  • Delivery of large-scale BSS\/OSS transformation programs<\/li>\n
  • Management of customer satisfaction<\/li>\n
  • Ability to lead major MS programs\/projects<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of the Telecommunications industry<\/li>\n
  • Ability to form\/manage a team capable to cover the managed service scope<\/li>\n
  • Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
